You will need a valid passport, a driving license from your home country, and an International Driving Permit (IDP). Vietnamese nationals may present a local driving license. A credit card or cash deposit is required at the time of pickup.

Yes, all of our vehicles may be driven throughout Vietnam. The Province Pacer and Summit Seeker are especially suited for long-distance travel. Please let us know your planned route so we can provide relevant driving advice and ensure the mileage package suits your trip.

Every vehicle comes with insurance coverage matched to its class — basic coverage for the Metro Mover, comprehensive for the Province Pacer, and premium for the Summit Seeker. We walk you through the details before you sign.

Call our 24/7 roadside assistance line. In urban areas we dispatch help within the hour. For remote locations, we coordinate with local partners to get you back on the road or arrange a replacement vehicle, depending on the situation.

Return the vehicle to our District 1 office during business hours. The Province Pacer also qualifies for one-way returns to select branch locations. Late returns should be communicated in advance so we can adjust the billing and avoid any unnecessary charges.

All vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned full. If the tank is not full on return, a refueling charge at market rates plus a small service fee will apply. We can point you to nearby fuel stations before your drop-off.
